What’s included in the Pilates Pack?

Inside your Pilates Pack you will find the essentials to get your mat pilates sessions off the ground including;

  • A set of magnetic ankle/wrist weights and storage case
  • A medium resistance band
  • A Pilates ball with pump included
  • The sweet carry-all bag to store and/or carry all your pilates essentials
  • A bonus pair of our OG pilates socks if you use the code FREEBIE! 

Can I travel with the Pilates Pack?

Absolutely!  the Pilates Pack was desgined to be moved around whether that's within your home or taking it on holidays.  Make sure you deflate your ball before you go and don't forget to take the pump to ensure you get that perfect firmness.  

Are the socks one-size-fits-all?

We currently have sizes small and medium that fit women's shoe sizes 5 - 11.  Bear with use as we continue to grow. 

Is the equipment beginner-friendly?

Of course! Our productrs are designed so no matter where you are in you pilates journey you can unpack and start enjoying your new gear straight out of the box. 

Can I purchase items separately?

We have designed the Pilates Pack as our core product to maximise the savings to the customer while also enabling maximum pilates workouts, however, yes all our items are available to purchase individually.

Orders & Shipping

How can I track my order?

Once your order is packed and on the way you will recieve a tracking number so you can track your Items from our door to yours.

When will my order ship?

We will endeavour to get your order to you as soon as we can. You can expect your order to be packed and shipped within 24-48 hours of placing your order.

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer flat rate shipping of $5.00 for standard shipping and $10.00 for express post. 

Where do you ship?

We are currently only shipping within Australia but please email us if you are interested in purchasing from our store but are located outside Australia.  We want to know where you are so we can broaden our horizons when the time is right. 

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Of course! If your order hasn’t been shipped yet please reach out to The Pilates Store and advise us of what you require and we will work out a solution. Once your order has been shipped however, we will not be able to amend your order or recall the package. You will need to return the package back to us once it arrives in an unused state and we will assist in getting you what you need.

What if my package is delayed or lost?

We know you're eager to get your new gear and elevate your pilates routine. However, if your package is delayed please remain patient, we will advise where we can if there are any expected delays. If your order is lost we will have to go through the process of lodging the lost item through the courier/AusPost. Once we have been advised of the outcome The Pilate Store will reach out to you and advise of the next actions.

What should I do if something arrives damaged?

Our products are pretty hardy however, in the event your order arrives and it is damaged please take clear photos of the item and the damage and notify the Pilates Store team asap. We will reach out to you and discuss whether a replacement item will be necessary and tailor a solution just for you.

Do you offer gift packaging?

Unfortunately we aren’t offering gift packaging…yet. But never say never as we may just be tinkering with a few things behind closed doors.
